A traditional longstitch embroidery in ancient designs is accented with the famous layered appliqué technique - a pattern is cut, a thread overlaid on the edge and a thinner thread tacks the whole shape down. Painstaking work that results in a superlative bag. Straps are handwoven by members of the Lahu tribe in coordinating colours (2.5" wide). Cotton-blend fabric and polyester lining. Beautifully textured finish. Handwash in cool water. 25" lengthwise zipper and separate zippered pocket compartment (3" deep) at the top. The bag is 28" long x 19" around. Fits most yoga mats.
